Debt Recovery Team Lead - People, Process & Quality

Flint Bishop Solicitors is seeking a Team Manager in Leeds to lead and develop the Customer Priority Team within the Debt Recovery department. You will work with the Head of Recoveries to deliver high-quality customer rehabilitation services and ensure resources support the business plan.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday, based in our Leeds office, reporting to the Head of Recoveries. You will drive performance, compliance and continuous improvement across the team.
