Debt Recovery Officer

Job Overview

The Council is seeking to appoint a Debt Recovery Officer, to work within the Finance Team involving the recovery of Adult Social Care Debt, giving advice and guidance to colleagues and individuals within the community.

Responsibilities

Manage and recover unpaid adult social care debts, providing advice and guidance to colleagues and individuals to facilitate settlement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a debt recovery role.
• Able to work under pressure, organise own work and plan tasks to meet deadlines.
