Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for a Debt Adviser to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide accurate, impartial and confidential debt advice to people experiencing financial difficulty, helping them understand their options, manage their debts and work towards long-term financial stability.

Working across Sandwell and Walsall from a range of community locations, you'll deliver high-quality advice and casework tailored to each client's needs. You'll also play an important role in supporting the wider organisation by sharing your debt expertise, helping to train and coach colleagues, and building confidence in delivering debt-related support.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Proof of eligibility will be required before employment begins.
