Dealership Receptionist

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading used van retailer based in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, for the position of dealership receptionist.

This Dealership Receptionist role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a rapidly expanding company and contribute to their ongoing growth.

• Competitive salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of a Dealership Receptionist:

• Meet and greet customers at reception, creating a professional first impression
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints following company procedures
• Monitor, respond to, and manage online customer reviews across platforms such as Google and AutoTrader
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, warranty claims, and complaint resolutions
• Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring customer data accuracy
• Prepare vehicle handover documentation and coordinate delivery or collection
• Assist with customer follow-ups to promote positive reviews and repeat business
• Provide weekly reports on customer satisfaction levels, complaints, and warranty activity
• Act as a key point of contact between customers, workshops, warranty providers, and management

Requirements of a Dealership Receptionist:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong customer service and complaint handling abilitiesIT literacy and proficiency with CRM systems
• Professionalism, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in automotive aftersales is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
