Motorway is seeking a highly adaptable Business Operations Associate to join our fast-growing team in London. You will focus on solving operational and commercial problems across the Dealer journey, improving post-sale experience for our B2B customers.

You will combine analysis with practical execution, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and external partners to deliver measurable improvements, including AI-enabled automation and scalable processes.
