Deal Ops Manager - Enterprise Deals & Optimization

Sierra is seeking a Deal Operations Manager to bridge Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product. You will structure pricing, build proposals, and manage workflow approvals for enterprise deals, ensuring speed and profitability from proposal to signature.

You will design deal desk processes, implement discounting guardrails, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product to close complex multi-year deals. Strong data skills and experience with Salesforce are essential.
