Deaf Education Outreach & Learning Support Officer

Bridgend County Borough Council is looking for an Outreach Learning Support Officer to join their Sensory Team. The role involves supporting deaf children and providing inclusive communication strategies in educational settings. Ideal candidates should have experience working with deaf children, particularly those using British Sign Language.

The successful applicant will assist in delivering communication support, undertake outreach visits, and help in multi-agency planning to ensure positive educational outcomes. A relevant Level 3 qualification and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
