DCM Legal Counsel - Global Debt Capital Markets

Crédit Agricole CIB in London is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide full legal, advisory and transaction management support to Debt Capital Markets and related groups worldwide.

You will draft, structure and negotiate offering documentation, advise on distribution issues, supervise external counsel, and develop governance, processes and KPIs for the DCM business, working closely with the Head of DCM LGL Paris and team.
