As a Days Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top notch. You'll lead a fantastic team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day while driving performance and fostering a positive, results driven culture.

Hours: Various

Salary: £13.71 per hour

What you'll be doing

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
• Train and develop new team members, helping them achieve and maintain performance standards.
• Support the Supervisors and Shift Managers by identifying and escalating challenges and problem solving to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
• Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding both company policies and health & safety standards.

What we need from you

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Team Leading or supervisory experience desirable.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
• A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
• Right to work in the UK
