Day-Shift Landfill Operations Lead

Tarmac Trading Limited is recruiting a Landfill Supervisor for DAYS at the Hendy Landfill site near Pontyclun. You will lead the on-site team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive performance through KPIs while coordinating with stakeholders from Health & Safety, Procurement, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have COTC in Inert Waste and supervisory experience, with IOSH/CIWN qualifications as desirable.
