Gap Personnel is seeking an experienced 360 Wheeled Machine Operator or Front Shovel Loader Operator for a busy heavy-plant environment in Cardiff. This position offers long-term opportunities with consistent daytime hours and excellent overtime rates.

The ideal candidate will operate heavy machinery, support site operations, and ensure safety in a fast-paced environment. A valid CPCS or NPORS ticket is required, along with reliability and good timekeeping.
