Day Services Team Lead Deputy Manager

National Star is seeking a Deputy for our Day Team based at our main site in Ullenwood to support the Day Service Manager and deputise in their absence, ensuring high standards of support for our students.

The successful candidate will promote standards through staff management, staff deployment and quality assurance processes such as audits, while working closely with students to support wellbeing and respond to feedback.
