Day Service Coordinator for Learning Disabilities

Cardiff Council is seeking a part-time day service worker to provide person-centred, outcome-led support to adults with learning disabilities. You will plan and deliver high-quality services, empower individuals to achieve their goals, and liaise with partners to create community-based opportunities.

The role requires experience with learning disabilities, effective partnership work, and the ability to undertake the relevant QCF level. A valid driving licence and access to a car are needed.
