Qualifications

• NMC registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or equivalent)
• Experience in a care home or similar setting is a plus
• A kind, patient, and empathetic approach
• A true passion for providing exceptional care
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Safely administering and recording prescribed medication
• Leading care teams and supporting junior staff
• Creating, reviewing, and delivering personalised care plans
• Monitoring residents' well being, mobility, nutrition, and needs
• Communicating openly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring top standards of care and compliance are always met
