Day Care Team Leader - Lead with Compassion

Maple Tree Court, part of Anchor Hanover Group, seeks a Care Team Leader for 42 hours per week on day shifts (8:00am-8:00pm) with every other weekend off. You will lead the day team, support colleagues and ensure care is delivered safely and compassionately under regulatory standards.

You'll work closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain high standards of care and resident wellbeing, while fostering a positive environment and ensuring adherence to company policies.
