Behind every Soanedesign is a precisely managed development journey - balancing samples, workshops, testing, and timelines to meet our exacting standards. We are looking for a Product Team Assistant - Furniture & Lighting to join our Product team, based in our Leicester workshop, and play a key role in supporting new designs from early development through to launch, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the process.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience inside a design-led business, developing strong skills in product operations, documentation, and process and inventory management as part of a collaborative and highly skilled team.
