What you ll be doing:

  • You ll reach out to various businesses - making the best use of your German language skills! - to check if their location info, opening hours, or contact details are still up to date.
  • Using clear guidelines, you ll review data, make calls, and update platform info based on what you learn.
  • Think of it as light investigation work - combining logic, communication, and a bit of local insight to make the right call.
  • You ll work independently, manage your tasks, and make well-balanced decisions that really count.

What you need to bring:

  • Solid German or Dutch and English skills (B2/C1 level).
  • Previous customer service experience helps, but what really matters is great communication, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
  • A basic understanding of how local businesses operate - knowing what s typical in your area will help you ask the right questions.
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and meet deadlines without needing close supervision.
