Global Data Strategy Consultant - Stockholm, Sweden

Key Responsibilities:

Group Data Strategy

• Build and update the Group Data Strategy, incorporating implementation insights and external best practices

• Refine strategy in alignment with evolving BA/MA/GF business objectives

• Manage and orchestrate all core components of the strategy, including stakeholder engagement, change & communication, integrated execution planning, milestones, OKRs, and value articulation

• Provide communication input when updates to the Group Data Strategy are made

BA/MA/GF Data Strategies

• Ensure alignment of Business Area/Market Area/Group Function's objectives with the Group Data Strategy

• Support BA/MA/GFs in the formulation of their own data strategies

Maturity Assessment

• Develop and roll out the approach for assessing BA/MA/GF data maturity

• Coordinate maturity assessments and provide support to participating units

• Consolidate assessment results and deliver actionable insights

Value Tracking

• Oversee OKR dashboard reporting and value tracking for initiatives under the strategy

• Translate results into strategic insights for leadership decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ year's experience in strategy development & implementation

• 5+ year's experience in value tracking

• 5+ year's experience with strategy assessments and frameworks

• Proven track record in leading large-scale strategic initiatives within complex organisations

• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
