- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning. Proven ability to deliver end-to-end ML projects-from research to production. Experience conducting in-depth ML research and staying up to date with state-of-the-art advancements. Ability to read, interpret, and implement research papers in Generative AI. Strong experience in designing and building machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems. Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (regression, decision trees, gradient descent, SVMs, etc.). Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and LLMs. Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for building LLM-based applications. Ability to convert theoretical models into production-ready solutions. Track record of mentoring and guiding junior scientists and interns. Strong collaboration skills and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
