Data Science & AI Lead - Scalable ML & MLOps

NatWest Group is seeking a Data Science & AI Lead to design, build, and scale production-grade models and AI systems across the Economic Crime Hub.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, establish standards for MLOps, and collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to deliver automated decisioning.

The role requires leadership of a multi-disciplinary DS/ML/MLops team, ensuring explainability and governance across scaled solutions.
