Job Description

• Define and document cross-entity data quality processes in collaboration with the Data Governance team.
• Design and maintain data quality heatmaps for governance bodies.
• Provide data quality input to the Data Council and working groups.
• Act as the link between EMEA DMO and major transformation programs to ensure data quality is prioritized.
• Work with project teams to integrate data quality into project management practices.
• Run business and technical working groups to capture, understand, and resolve data quality issues.
• Document data quality rules and controls with data owners and metadata leads.
• Design SLAs, measures, and supplier agreements for data quality.
• Develop training materials and deliver initial sessions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide hands-on support.

The Successful Applicant

• Experienced Data Quality SME with a proven track record in process design and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Financial services experience preferred but not essential.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on capacity.
