Senior Analytics Manager

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £90,000 + bonus and benefits and car allowance

We're supporting a well known UK household brand looking for a senior data and analytics manager. This position owns the data strategy for a major business area for the business, acting as the primary link between the business and the data function. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data and leadership.

What you'll do

As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will own the data and analytics agenda for a major business area, working closely with Directors and senior leaders to turn data into measurable commercial impact. You'll shape and deliver a clear data strategy and roadmap, prioritise high value analytics and insight, and ensure data products are adopted and embedded into decision making. Leading a team of analysts and BI specialists, you'll build strong business understanding, coach high performance, and stay close to delivery when needed. You'll act as the bridge between commercial and technical teams, manage demand and data product lifecycles, and continuously explore how advanced analytics, and machine learningcan drive better outcomes for customers and the business.

Experience needed:

• Ability to builds strong, trusted relationships and communicates effectively across technical and commercial audiences, simplifying complex topics and constructively challenging to improve outcomes.
• Commercially astute, with strong analytical capability and experience applying data, analytics, and visualisation to drive revenue, cost, pricing, and risk outcomes.
• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Azure, Databricks)
• Python, SQL, and statistical modelling technical knowledge advantageous
