Data Processing Consultant for multinational Institution in Luxembourg

We are looking for a Data Processing Consultant to work for a client project in Luxembourg.

Location: 100% onsite work in the premises of the client, in Luxembourg

Start Date: 01/06/2025

Duration: 30/04/2026, possible extensions

Preliminary Requirements: Candidate should be citizen of member states of the European Union (European Union nationality), and should be able to get their criminal record.

Task description:

• Input, update, store and cross-check blending related data into core systems, notably mandate management system, electronic data processing, etc., as well as in external tools for results reporting.
• Ensure that blending related data are up to date in the various systems in line with approvals or contracting documents.
• Support mandate officers in preparing ad hoc and regular reporting (with standard software tools such as Word or Excel, requiring average knowledge of such tools; or with standard client software tools after appropriate introduction to such tool).
• Contribute to the compilation and processing of data for the annual report.
• Contribute to drafting and reviewing of internal approval notes and external notes, as necessary, such as application forms for blending operations and annexes to agreements with external key client.
• Contribute to the compilation and processing of data for the summary implementation report, and contribute to analysis of such data and report drafting.
• Contribute to data update and reporting on cost coverage across blending facilities.

Job requirements:

• University degree: Bachelor or Master.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: banking, finance, accounting, economics, and information technology.
• Any additional year of professional experience in business or public administration, international development and exposure to multicultural environment would be an advantage.
• Professional certification and/or a training certificate in Excel.
• Professional certification preferably in the domain of business or public administration, international development, economics and finance.
• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English (minimum B2 European Level).
