Translate data into actionable and reliable business insights by designing and delivering high-quality data marts, semantic models, and BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Design and build domain-oriented data marts in Snowflake using dbt
- Develop and maintain Power BI semantic models (datasets, DAX measures, hierarchies)
- Create clear, insightful Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business KPIs
- Optimize query performance and visualizations for scalability and usability
- Automate BI and dbt deployments using Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines
- Implement security concepts, including row-level security (RLS) and BI governance
- Ensure stable operations by understanding business-critical reports, SLAs, and ITIL-aligned support processes
- Collaborate closely with data platform teams, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to an agile working environment, including regular architecture alignment sessions
For an exciting data platform initiative, we are looking for an experienced Senior Data Solution Engineer with a strong focus on Analytics Engineering, BI solutions, and business-oriented data modeling.
You will play a key role in translating complex data into trusted, business-ready insights, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Several years of professional experience in Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
- Deep knowledge of Power BI, including semantic modeling and DAX
- Solid understanding of business-oriented data modeling and data marts
- Experience with BI governance, security concepts, and operational support
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and automated deployment pipelines
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions
