Join Our Client and help deliver one of the UK's most strategically important technology programmes-supporting the Emergency Services Network (ESN) with advanced voice, data services and critical communications for blue light teams. This is a new team in a digital transformation environment, with a clear focus on how data is managed, retained, archived and reported.
What you'll be doing:
* Deliver one or more ESN data outcomes across multiple workstreams and business areas
* Turn high-level objectives into delivery priorities, actionable plans and measurable success measures
* Keep the programme on track by identifying delivery gaps and driving timely interventions
* Bring together stakeholders across business and technical functions to create a single, coherent delivery approach
* Own and manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and change
* Lead governance and assurance activity-facilitating workshops, productive discussions and decision-making sessions
* Manage outcome-specific milestone readiness, including GNGs/countdown to launch activity
* Provide clear status reporting, driving escalation and decisions when action is needed
What you'll bring:
* A proven track record of leading complex projects or programmes in a large, multi-disciplinary organisation
* Strong stakeholder leadership-building trusted relationships with senior delivery teams and partner functions (including where applicable third parties)
* Confident delivery management: risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and progress reporting
* Experience bringing structure and clarity to multi-workstream coordination
* Security clearance to BPSS level
