Role Summary and Impact

This role would be focused on data orchestration and project management of data workstreams to gel teams together and smooth out challenges existing between central swim lanes. It would also drive accountability in hubs and markets, supporting our new processes, and raising any challenges to the central team. Orchestration, in this sense, means bringing everything together and working in harmony.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing orchestration across all data workstreams.
  • Manage the roadmap and implementation of technology coming from global to EU. Prioritise technology based on need and market maturity, working with global to onboard.
  • Ensure teams are fully trained and updated on CP and WPP processes across all data workstreams and data activations.
  • Facilitate the orchestration of relevant data for MMM studies or other projects requiring data inputs.
  • Ensure technical infrastructure is sound across CP and WPP platforms. For example, ensuring that the CP website is adequately tagged for data activations.
  • Police data usage and adherence to best practice processes across hubs and markets, raising any challenges back to the relevant stakeholder.
  • Review performance insights, feeding back necessary optimisation to hubs and markets to help improve performance.
  • Maintain relationships with data partners (e.g. clean rooms, DSP's, retail media) to ensure teams have the latest updates and access to tests etc.
