Job Description
About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and inquisitive Data Insights Lead to join our team and explore the data captured and generated by our services. In this role, you'll analyze data assets to solve real-world problems and leverage data analysis tools to decipher relationships, patterns and trends. The objective is to assist in developing innovative, customer-centric data-driven solutions and partner with cross-functional teams to drive product efficiencies for our customers. This role reports to the Head of Data Transformation within the Product Design team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Exploration and Analysis: Take a data-driven approach to identifying root causes through the definition of views valued by internal stakeholders and customers.
  • AI/ML Exposure: Gain exposure to advanced analytics and real-world experience in using artificial intelligence techniques.
  • Mini-projects: Collaborate and guide cross-functional teams through projects that achieve efficiencies and resolve challenges faced by our teams and customers.
  • Create Value: Leverage these experiences and knowledge to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that deliver value to our customers.
  • Client-Centric Perspective: Develop an understanding of our clients' interactions with data providers and how insights can be transformed into valuable data products.
  • Collaboration and Learning: Work with the Head of Data Transformation and other team members, participating in knowledge-sharing and contributing to the commercialization of our data strategy.
