Are you a detail-driven administrator who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes?
A fast-growing London Market MGA, specialising in entertainment insurance, is looking for an Underwriting Technician to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a unique niche of the insurance market.
In this vital support position, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client, policy, and underwriting data across internal systems. Working closely with underwriters and operations teams, your input will ensure compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain policy and client data in internal systems
- Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure resolution
- Generate and distribute standard reports
- Assist in ongoing data cleansing and database maintenance
- Support underwriters and operations with timely data processing
- Help maintain compliance with company, carrier, and FCA guidelines
- Contribute to operational process improvements
- Support general business administration tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Prior data entry or admin experience within Insurance
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable working with databases and digital systems
