Our international client is looking for a Data Engineer with experience working in Microsoft Technologies to join their team for a freelance B2B contract that has an initial contract period of 6 months with a high chance of extension. This position is hybrid, with 3 days a week on-site in Vilnius.

Skills and responsibilities

• Designed, built, and maintained scalable Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines to integrate and transform data across cloud-based systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Developed and optimised Azure SQL Database solutions, including complex stored procedures, data structures, and indexing strategies to improve query performance and scalability.
• Applied strong expertise in SQL performance tuning, database access control, and role-based security to support secure, efficient data operations.
• Designed and maintained robust data models, translating business requirements into optimised schemas with a solid understanding of the CRM Dataverse data model.
• Diagnosed and resolved complex data pipeline, database, and data model issues, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and operational stability.
• Collaborated effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, working independently to manage multiple priorities and deliver cloud-based data integration solutions.
