Your role in our team As a Data Governance/Collibra engineer, you'll ensure vital data governance workflows and platform adoption, preventing major operational inefficiencies and compliance risks. Developing and delivering onsite training and coaching tailored to users' roles Aligning user experience solutions with backend data processes As Schiphol enters a phase of expanding data-driven decision-making, you'll play a pivotal role in upcoming airport transformation projects, integrating Collibra with advanced AI, analytics, and cloud data platforms. You'll be part of a team of 3,500 proud colleagues working towards our mission: "the world's most sustainable and high-quality airports." University degree (Bachelor's / Master's) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics) 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role Experience in training, coaching, and change management Familiarity with metadata, data lineage, and data catalog concepts Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus) As a Collibra engineer, you'll be joining the Data, AI & Analytics (DnA) business area, contributing to the airport of the future.
