To strengthen our company growth, DATA & AI TEAM, we are looking for a Data Engineer!

As data engineer at adesso, you will play a crucial role in our data-driven mission. You transform raw, unstructured data into valuable insights. Using your technical skills, you design and automate data pipelines, enabling our customers to effectively and efficiently use data.

You analyse customer processes and translate them into practical solutions within cloud data platforms. You consider not only technical requirements but also the substantive aspects of projects, setting realistic expectations.

Your Role in Projects:

• You design and organize databases.
• You collect, transform, and structure both structured and unstructured data.
• You translate customer processes into solutions within cloud data platforms.
• Ensure credibility through integrity and transparency in your work.
• You support colleagues and customers, contributing to a positive impact.

Required technical skills & knowledge:

PL/SQL - Python - Microsoft Fabric - Microsoft Synapse - Microsoft SQL Server - Snowflake

DBT -Agile - Power BI - AI - Databricks - ML

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience with different data consumption techniques from traditional to more advanced analytics and AI perspective. (Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning, )
• Power BI means more to you than shiny graphs (and pie charts).
• You are eager to dive into platforms like Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake or Databricks.
• You have strong command of SQL & Python.
• You are a native Dutch and/or French speaker and you are fluent in English.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, and you excel at engaging with clients.
