WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. You will have the opportunity to coordinate the implementation and configuration of solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and compliance with observability and monitoring best practices. You will work with our architects to design Observability By Design web architectures and you will gather client requirements and support new initiatives from the initial stages. You will oversee all aspects of the solution lifecycle, from definition to implementation. You will assist the relevant manager/vendor in preparing documentation to meet client needs and bid requirements in the Observability & Performance domain.
• Technologies. Splunk, Elastic stack (ELK), Grafana stack (LGTM).
• Team work. A large team composed of young and tech-savvy individuals with deep knowledge and technical expertise in the most important monitoring and observability platforms on the market. The team is divided into areas of expertise, each focused on a specific technology or theme, and supports some of the largest Italian companies (and some foreign ones) in various sectors.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE

• Academic background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields.
• Valuable expertise. You should have experience in leading the implementation and configuration of observability solutions, demonstrating deep expertise in observability and monitoring technologies.
• Nice to have. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge about on-premises and cloud architectures in addition to general concepts about application development and system administration.
• Soft skills. Other key attributes we value include: Curiosity, proactivity, and leadership propensity; Passion for learning new technologies; Teamwork and collaboration skills; Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; Ability to positively influence people.
