Data Domain Lead - Finance - 6+ Months - Freelance

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Data Domain Lead to drive Back End data strategy and engineering within the Finance domain. This is a hands-on and functional role focused on shaping reusable data models and deploying governance frameworks.

Requirements for Data Domain Lead role:

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ideally within Finance or Supply Chain domains.
• Experience in data integration, modelling (preferably in Azure), and Back End data architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data/ETL technologies.
• Experience deploying (not designing) data governance and quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to define data vision, build roadmaps, and align technical solutions with business needs.

• Location: Remote (1 week per month travelling within EU)
