Our Mission: Help businesses always know what their customers are saying about them and always act on that feedback.We are seeking someone to join our Growth Marketing team to support data development in collaboration with our Sales Development team. This six-month fixed-term contract offers hands-on experience in data research, validation, and entry of key account information through a variety of tools. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our Sales teams have accurate and up-to-date information to enhance their productivity and effectiveness. Responsibilities: Conduct manual audits of existing account contact information to identify inaccuracies or outdated data. Research and gather updated contact details through various sources, including online databases, company websites, and direct outreach. Update and maintain Salesforce with verified and accurate contact information for key accounts. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of information. Communicate effectively with management and Sales teams to understand their specific data needs and requirements. Additional Sales and Marketing duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: Demonstrated commitment to a career in Sales and Marketing either through study or internship. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing tasks. Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation and organization. Excellent manual research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with sales development, data entry, database management, data analysis or CRM tools is a plus but not required.
