Data Delivery Lead

DATA DELIVERY LEAD LONDON/HYBIRD UP TO £85000 This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of data delivery across a high-growth digital environment. You will shape how analytics, reporting, and data products are delivered at scale, with real influence over roadmap direction and commercial outcomes. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Data Delivery Lead will: Own end-to-end delivery of data products, dashboards, and data feeds. Lead priorities, sequencing, and resource planning across multi-disciplinary teams. Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and BI specialists to maintain high delivery standards. Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Operations. Translate business needs into well-defined, deliverable reporting and analytics solutions. Balance immediate delivery requirements with longer-term roadmap and platform development. Ensure teams are set up for upcoming work and aligned on upcoming priorities. Provide functional leadership without acting as a Project Manager, while collaborating with PMs and Scrum Masters to drive delivery. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Strong commercial experience leading delivery of BI, reporting, and data products. Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions. Hands-on understanding of data engineering, analytics, and modern BI tooling such as Power BI. Experience working in complex or highly regulated environments. Ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence delivery outcomes. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term platform direction.
