As a Data Centre Analyst, you will provide 3rd line IT Infrastructure support for key systems and services across the business. You'll work within a highly skilled and competent team of technology experts to deliver excellent quality IT services. You will assist in key technical projects, responsible for ensuring high standards of capacity, continuity and availability of all systems under the Data Centre team's remit.

What you will do
  • Perform routine operations and monitoring of hardware and software systems.
  • Record all actions using ITSM tools and follow standard procedures.
  • Manage and troubleshoot all systems in the responsible area.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and problems within SLAs or escalates as needed.
  • Keep tickets regularly updated.
  • Implement changes per change management processes.
  • Execute installations, updates and decommission per technical standards.
  • Investigate and resolve issues not meeting design or business goals.
  • Maintain and update standard OS builds - Document technical processes.
  • Manage and monitor Data Centre facilities - Attend regular inspections and audits.
  • Ensure proper racking and structured cabling per standards.
  • Maintain accurate rack diagrams and cable labelling.
What you will bring
  • Degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
  • Strong under pressure, meets KPIs, and communicates effectively.
  • Experience with server installation, administration and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of hypervisors and virtualization.
  • Aware of Data Centre standards and best practices.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to work individually as well as within a team.
  • Must be willing to travel to other global group site when required.
