Data Center Development Program Manager

QTS is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead the design, pre-construction and construction activities on a Northumberland campus. You will manage budgets and schedules, oversee entitlements, and coordinate with design, procurement and sales engineering teams to deliver on-time, on-budget data center projects.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years in commercial construction, MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint/Excel), and travel up to 25%.
