Job Description -

Architect & Implement Big Query Data Transformations

• Working experience handling migration of ETL tools and on-premise relational DBs to Cloud DWH. (IBM Datastage to DBT and Oracle to GCP Big Query is preferred)

• Design ,implement, Optimize & Automate scalable data pipelines using GCP-native tools to process data from Bronze (raw) Silver (cleaned) Gold (analytics-ready).

• Optimize performance with Big Query partitioning, clustering, materialized views, and optimized SQL transformations.

• Automate and schedule ETL/ELT workflows with DBT, and Airflow Workflows.

• Develop real-time and batch data pipelines using Dataflow, Apache Beam, and DBT for streaming and structured data ingestion.

• Define and enforce data architecture standards, including naming conventions, data modelling best practices, and schema evolution policies.

• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on data platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data protection and regulatory adherence across all data assets.

• Drive adoption of data observability tools to monitor pipeline health, data freshness, and anomaly detection.

• Build & Maintain Fact and Dimension Tables
