Data & Process Improvement Analyst (AI-Driven)

Digital Greenhouse Guernsey is seeking a Data & Business Analyst to support the Change Team at the Guernsey Branch. The role delivers BAU activities, operational change, and process improvement through data-driven insights.

You will help shape the business by leveraging AI and robotics to drive efficiencies, monitor incoming requests, and assist with data extraction, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis.
