Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into clear insights that support decision-making across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing. You'll be a key partner to the CFO, Business Control, and other departmental leads, acting as a central hub for reporting and analysis.

- Design, update, and manage interactive dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing performance.
- Gather, clean, and organize data from internal tools, vendors, and commercial platforms to ensure reliability.
- Produce actionable analyses that inform financial planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Spot patterns, assess risks, and uncover opportunities, then work with teams to translate findings into tangible improvement initiatives (e.g., pricing adjustments, supplier performance optimization, campaign evaluation).
- Streamline and automate reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain consistency and alignment of key metrics and reporting standards across all departments.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's in Econometrics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or controlling.
- Proficiency with BI platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents) and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A solid grasp of financial and business fundamentals, including budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and profit & loss statements.
- Ideally, familiarity with the main performance drivers in e-commerce or online retail.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable information for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce, procurement, or marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with ERP/finance systems, supplier data, or CRM tools.
- Skills in SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
