Data Analyst
Wilmslow (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Salary: £35K-£38K
Are you a Data Analyst who's eager to grow in a forward-thinking business? We're looking for someone who can communicate insights clearly, build powerful dashboards, and bring fresh thinking to the table.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide data support to the Management Team, improve underlying data used throughout the business and ad hoc information projects as needed.
- Take the lead in optimising reporting, processes and ways of working cross functionally
- Collaborate with the Data Team to build dashboards in our data analysis software, to support data led commercial decisions. Our goal is self-service reporting, enabling all team members to find answers to their own questions.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of data integrity in all systems. Work with teams to improve data accuracy and integrity, to support business wide consistency and trust in dashboards.
- Collate data from a variety of sources to be used throughout the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong systems experience including tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Highly Analytical mindset
- Experience analysing category data and driving insights
- High level of proficiency in Excel
- Deep understanding of commercial KPI's
- Ability to spot trends, highlight issues and apply creative thinking to all situations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A self-motivated, ambitious attitude, you're keen to learn, grow, and make your mark
- Ability to work collaboratively while driving your own projects forward
Applicants for Data Analyst must live commutable distance to as will be expected onsite 3 days per week if successful.
Client is unable to offer sponsorship so applicants must have RTW.
