Overview: As a Data Analyst at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team passionate about driving innovation in legal technology. You will work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver impactful solutions.
Your responsibilities include contributing to our data strategy, ensuring data accuracy, security, and optimal use across the organization. We seek a self-driven individual who enjoys solving challenging problems and innovating. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data related to product usage, sales, marketing, and internal engineering to identify insights and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
- Translate complex data findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues by working with data engineering and business teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with data engineering, architecture, and BI analysts to design scalable data models and reports in Power BI.
- Support internal teams by developing and executing SQL queries for ad-hoc analyses and deep data dives.
- Maintain and track KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a technology or legal environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
- Experience integrating data from sources like Salesforce, Jira, and Pendo.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Rivery, dbt, or Azure Data Factory is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted reporting tools like Power BI Copilot is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and collaborate across teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and innovate.
