Job DescriptionWe are expanding our team to enhance our data services offering. We seek a junior team member to support our data and IT teams in delivering projects, maintaining, and improving our systems and services. This role is based at our headquarters in London but is part of an international organization with offices in nine countries.
RequirementsKey responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate data services daily in our London office during European trading hours.
- Support colleagues in data collection, validation activities, and deliverables.
- Update the manager on progress daily and ensure smooth handover to London time zone.
- Assist with data management and quality, including preparing data for presentations and resolving data issues.
- Prepare data-related elements for client requests.
- Collaborate with the Research team to compile and present data to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain document libraries with the IT team, avoiding duplication.
- Maintain the End of Day report.
- Adhere to internal policies relevant to the role and activities.
- Support a risk and compliance culture, complying with company policies.
- Exercise judgment with integrity, complying with regulators and exchanges.
- Complete mandatory training and perform other duties as required.
Training:
- Maintain ongoing professional development (CPD).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and quick learner.
- Skills in C#, Python, and SQL are highly desirable.
- Logical problem-solving skills with a focus on analytics and statistics.
- Effective communicator with colleagues and stakeholders.

- Good prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and numeracy skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
