Job Description
Damp & Timber Surveyor Conduct detailed surveys on issues such as damp, timber decay, and structural/basement waterproofing Produce clear, concise, and technically accurate reports to a high standard Follow up with clients to discuss findings, respond to queries, and explain recommended solutions Respond promptly to client calls and emails, providing professional advice and assistance Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of trust and repeat business Collaborate with our admin, sales, and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations Keep up to date with the latest techniques, products, and standards in the industry
Requirements:CSSW Qualification (Desirable) Proven experience in damp, timber decay analysis, and structural waterproofing Ability to write professional reports that are grammatically correct and technically accurate Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven client-facing experience with a high standard of customer care Ability to organise your own schedule, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively Full UK driving licence
