Yorkshire Housing is seeking an experienced leader to head a team delivering damp and mould services across Yorkshire. You will manage First Responders, Multiskilled Operatives and Technical Surveyors, ensuring safe, timely and customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and work with contractors to maintain high standards while meeting safety and regulatory requirements.
