Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Minor Works Manager to lead and coordinate damp and mould-related maintenance, and improvement works across our estates. This is a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, healthy, and compliant environments for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate damp and mould-related maintenance and improvement works across our estates
• Ensure properties remain safe, healthy, and compliant
• Collaborate with estates teams to plan and deliver minor works

Requirements

• Proactive and experienced in damp and mould maintenance management
• Experience in coordinating minor works within estates (as indicated by the role)
