A role has come up with a Local Authority as Building Surveyors based in South London for a 6-month contract.

Pay rate: £27.79/hour - umbrella

Closing date: 15/10/2023

Main Objective:

Damp & Mould Surveyor required for property inspections and managing works.

Responsibilities include:

1. Undertaking damp and mould surveys.
2. Raising orders via Northgate Housing.
3. Overseeing works where required.
4. Extensive experience at HNC level.
