Dairy Production Operator 4on/4off Growth & GMP

Heler Foods is seeking a Dairy Operative in Nantwich on a permanent, 4 on/4 off shift (6:00am-6:00pm). You will help deliver the daily manufacturing plan while upholding food safety, quality, and H&S standards. Starting at £12.71 per hour during training, rising to £17.28 per hour on successful completion.

You'll follow company procedures, keep accurate records, support KPI delivery, and contribute to waste reduction and continuous improvement in a fast-paced dairy environment.
