Dairy Production Operator - 12h Day/Night Shifts

Arla Foods amba is seeking a Production Operative for our site in Aylesbury. You will work full-time on 12-hour day and night shifts, monitoring production lines to hit key targets.

The role includes a five-week shift pattern with 10 consecutive days off and entails safety, quality checks, and equipment upkeep. We value a motivated team player who can work autonomously, adhere to health and safety rules, and contribute to regular department meetings.
