We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dairy Farm Worker. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in livestock and agriculture to join a well run and progressive dairy operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily milking of dairy herd to a high standard.
• Feeding and general care of livestock.
• Monitoring animal health and reporting any concerns.
• Cleaning and maintaining milking equipment and farm facilities.
• Assisting with calving and youngstock care when required.
• General farm duties including bedding, yard work, and maintenance.
• Working hours based on a rota system, including odd weekends on a 2 week rotation. Flexibility required to meet the needs of the farm.

• Competitive hourly rate £13.50 - £15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous dairy or agricultural experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good level of physical fitness.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Candidate Requirements

All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.

Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
